Students from Girardot participate in the construction of the PD.
At the Girardot branch, the day of constructive dialogue began, with the participation of the academic community made up of 102 students from the Environmental Engineering program and 110 students from the Nursing program, who made visible the interests, needs, expectations and contributions for the Institutional Development Plan 2020-2023.
This day was developed under the group technique “World Café”, and was divided into the six strategic fronts of the Rector's Plan 2019-2023, University of Cundinamarca: Translocal Transmodern, and is part of the participatory meetings with students, who will jointly build the university we designed, a commitment outlined in the institution's strategic plan.

Strengthen research groups and seedbeds for knowledge generation.
Manage resources to carry out the teacher recruitment process.
Create postgraduate programs in the Faculty of Health Sciences, in the areas of epidemiology, palliative care, emergencies, among others.
Strengthen inbound and outbound mobility.
Develop vocational guidance strategies.
To carry out cultural and academic exchanges with students from other programs, to integrate the university.
To publicize the inclusion policy and develop strategies in this regard.
Find strategies to improve English levels.
Continue to outline guidelines to present initial conditions in order to accredit the Nursing and Environmental Engineering program in High Quality.
Develop strategies to foster an environmental culture at the university.
Expand the postgraduate offerings in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in the areas of integrated waste management, environmental sanitation, and renewable energies.
Improve internal communication channels so that the entire community is aware of the most important and significant events.
Improve the teacher evaluation process.
Modernize the infrastructure to strengthen digital processes and make them environmentally friendly.
Betting on the digitization of processes.
