Process Objective
Fostering a culture of planning through the management of plans, programs, and projects to support strategic decision-making, the fulfillment of the mission, and the achievement of the institutional vision.
Accountability to the citizenry is the duty of public administration authorities to respond publicly, in response to demands made by citizens, for the management of resources, decisions, and the management carried out in the exercise of the power that has been delegated to them.
The Institutional Planning Directorate of UCundinamarca, in compliance with Law 1474 of 2011, makes the 2017 Institutional Action Plan available to the entire citizenry.
UCundinamarca, as a public institution, has the duty to make the revenue and expenditure budget for each fiscal year known to all citizens, thus promoting austerity in resources and transparency in their management.
