In 2019, the process of election and designation of the Rector of the University of Cundinamarca for the institutional period 2019 – 2023 was developed, in which the Superior Council elected Adriano Muñoz Barrera, lawyer from the Externado University of Colombia, candidate for Doctor of Law from the Santo Tomas University, Master in Quality Management of Education from the University of Pamplona, Specialist in Economic Private Law from the National University of Colombia and in Management for Organizational Development from the University of Cundinamarca.
With professional experience in developing advisory, consulting and judicial services activities in the areas of Economic and Commercial Law and extensive experience in the field of higher education in the exercise of positions such as: Rector, General Secretary, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Political Sciences and teacher in the academic programs of Business Administration and Public Accounting at the University of Cundinamarca.
