The Office of Virtual and Distance Education is an academic unit that supports and strengthens educational technology, the design and implementation of training programs, the production of digital educational resources, and the strengthening of training processes through the identification of educational needs, learning planning and evaluation, generating quality products and services for the community.

Curriculum Management and Evaluation Committee

  • 1. Creation or update of a PAD: Establish the learning path in accordance with the University's curriculum guidelines. (Leads: Academic program).

  • 2. PAD Assignment: Notification to the Dean/Director and assignment of the knowledge manager and disciplinary expert. (Leader: Dean / Director).

  • 3. PAD design: Preparation or update of the PAD on the platform (max. 15-day deadline). (Lead: Knowledge and Learning Manager).

  • 4. PAD endorsement: Verification of compliance with disciplinary criteria and the MEDIT model. (Leads: Program Coordinator and Manager).

  • 5. Digitization of the CADI, CAI, or CAC: Production of digital resources, assessment tools, and seeds (maximum deadline 30 days). (Digitized by: OEVD Projects Area).

  • 6. Endorsement by CADI or CAI: Final evaluation of the digitalized learning field for supply planning.
