Structure

Learn about the organization that shapes our processes, functions, and responsibilities, guaranteeing efficient and coherent management at every institutional level.
Instructional Designer: In charge of planning, designing, developing, and evaluating effective and meaningful learning experiences for the Learning Fields in accordance with the MCA.
  • Develop the instructional design of the Digital Learning Fields for the virtualization process.
  • Update the Learning Fields (CADI, CAI, CAC, and self-managed courses).
  • Create an educational design based on experiences or problem-solving that ensures the construction of knowledge in students.
  • Create processes that, articulated with digital educational resources, respond to the needs of students and enable the achievement of the Expected Learning Outcomes.
  • Design digital educational resources and content according to the learning experiences stipulated in the PADs.
  • Curate the CACs, CAIs, CADIs, and self-paced courses on the platform.
  • Update and create the necessary documents for the OEVD pedagogical area.
  • Verify the authenticity of the educational content created for CAC, CAI, CADIs, and self-managed courses, and make the necessary corrections or developments based on the results of the analysis and verification performed with the TURNITIN tool.

Plan and provide educational advisory services that, coordinated with the Learning Field Methodology and various aspects established in the curriculum and the MEDIT, enhance the construction of knowledge in students and, consequently, the achievement of the Learning Objects defined within the different programs at UCundinamarca.

Review and improve texts ensuring they are clear, coherent, and appropriate to fulfill their purpose. This includes spelling and grammar correction, as well as verifying aspects such as text style and structure.
  • Ensure the text is easy to understand, eliminating ambiguities and imprecise phrases.
  • Cohesion and coherence
  • The text is adjusted according to the target audience
  • The repetition of words or expressions is avoided and alternatives are suggested to improve the text.
  • Redundant or unnecessary information is identified and corrected, making the text more concise.
  • Improve fluency for a smoother and more enjoyable reading experience.
  • Make the style consistent throughout the text

In the projects area, the virtualization of content designed by subject matter experts and/or knowledge and learning managers is carried out. This content includes a variety of educational resources such as infographics, forums, H5P, mind maps, interactive games, quizzes, among others.

With the support of multimedia designers, the ideas of the subject matter expert and/or manager are brought to life, enabling the creation of high-quality educational resources. In addition, video and audio production is carried out, ensuring that all materials go through a rigorous quality testing process prior to their final implementation.
We aim for the digital educational resources created by the institution to enrich the learning fields (disciplinary, institutional, cultural), in order to combine them, giving shape, consistency, and relevance to the multidimensional field.

LEARNING PLATFORM

The implementation of the learning fields is carried out on the Moodle platform, since it allows the collection of data from the learning activities that make up the experiences, problems, solutions, and actions, thereby giving concrete form to the MEDIT and establishing whether the OER are achieved.
