The Academic Support Unit, by its very nature, seeks to ensure the provision of services that contribute to the development of mission and institutional processes, guaranteeing the educational means for the management of knowledge and assigned resources, which leads to the generation of learning experiences at the University of Cundinamarca.
UAA business hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Ensure the provision of academic spaces, educational materials, and the execution of the resources assigned to the Academic Support Unit, in order to contribute to the development of academic processes.
It begins with the identification of needs for academic spaces and educational elements from internal and external users, continues with the planning of service delivery, proceeds with the administrative management of available resources, continues with the service delivery, the measurement of service ratings, and ends by taking the relevant corrective and improvement actions.
