    Ministry of Finance and Public Credit

    They have a control over the budgetary system where it is responsible for the programming, execution, and monitoring of the income and expenditure budget, governed by the organic budget statute (Decrees 111/96, and the rules that modify or add to it). In accordance with the regulations.
