The Translocal Forum of UCundinamarca Management S21, open & clear Management 2017, allows the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section, to make visible to society and its constituent bodies the actions carried out to consolidate a public university with quality; and how the results of our mission management contribute to forming a better citizen and shaping, hand in hand with them, a better society.

The University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section, conceives the Translocal Management Forum as a transversal process aimed at strengthening in a real, effective, and permanent way the relationship between the State, Citizenship, and the University Community.

The representative academic-administrative bodies of the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section, participated in the construction and communication of the presentation process regarding the management carried out, in an event framed within institutional management that demonstrates the fulfillment of missionary objectives.

Un total de 106 asistentes acudieron al Auditorio Principal de la seccional Girardot el 8 de junio, previa convocatoria en las diferentes carteleras de la Universidad e invitación personal, entre los que se pueden mencionar estudiantes, personal administrativo y docente.

La Dirección Administrativa de la UCundinamarca Seccional Girardot junto a la Coordinación de los programas de enfermería, administración de empresas, licenciatura, Turismo, Ingeniería Ambiental y Posgrados, presentaron a la comunidad los temas relacionados con la gestión del año 2017 y la proyección del año 2018 enmarcados en inversión presupuestal, proyectos ejecutados, avance en planes de mejoramiento, contratación, programas de Bienestar Universitario y Extensión, gestión de la investigación, impacto de la gestión en la región y proyecciones de la seccional teniendo en cuenta los documentos estratégicos.

The current administration is committed to consolidating all institutional processes and showing positive results on all fronts, so that the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Branch, continues on its path toward excellence.

For the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section, this exercise is an imperative, which not only corresponds to the fulfillment of the state obligation, but is adopted as a policy to show the community the institutional management, and to generate the confidence that in our entity we administer public resources in accordance with the principles and procedures expected of an institution whose mission is to train ethical and responsible professionals and citizens.

In this exhibition of management to society, we can appreciate the growth and positioning of the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section. Its strengthening as a leading higher education institution in the municipality of Girardot and its consolidation in the regional context. All of this is the result of a process based on planning (to set goals and objectives), on the permanent evaluation of processes, and on continuous improvement.

The results of the period show that the management of the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot Section, has been in accordance with the demands of public service. This has made it possible to offer a better service to its users and to achieve quality goals in both academic and administrative areas.
