The report presented by the extension management showed the work results of the academic units and highlights the work of the administrative processes, framed within the rector's plan and the university's strategic plan. 

“For this fiscal year, we can highlight academic investment projects such as the acquisition, installation, and configuration of an information system consisting of 4 digital display boards and 2 interactive screens with their videoconferencing equipment; in terms of technological modernization, the purchase of 61 computers for the computer labs and the renovation of three labs, maintenance of the physics facility, and administrative management totaling $68,914,825.00,” said Dr. Carlos Fernando Gómez Ramírez, administrative director of the extension campus, during his remarks.

The following achievements are highlighted during the accountability session: 

-Administrative services provided by Estampilla Prodesarrollo UDEC Bojacá, in the amount of:  $20,860,000.00, cooperatives totaling $36,454,575.00, and a lease agreement for $11,600,250.00.  

-Physical plant maintenance: Adaptation and repair of basketball backboards, construction of an equipment lending office in the library, construction of bicycle racks, installation of exhaust fans for agricultural laboratories, finishing of bleachers and roofing, adaptation of offices for graduates, property and services, and audiovisuals, furniture for computer labs, adaptation of a site for biological waste from the laboratories. 

At the academic level, the Agronomic Engineering program submitted the document for the renewal of qualified registration and curricular resignification to the MEN; in science, technology, and innovation, the following are evident: B categorization of the DEMCUN research group, adhesion of the journal PENSAMIENTO UDECINO to the Latin American Network of Academic Journals in Social Sciences and Humanities (LatinREV) of FLACSO Argentina, adhesion of the journal PENSAMIENTO UDECINO to the AMELICA Network of Mexico, students and professors of the program writing in indexed journals, bibliographic production: 2 books and 3 booklets, with 2 books in process. 

Curricular re-signification of the Business Administration and Psychology programs. 

-Implementation of the Institutional Environmental Management Plan (PIGA), tree-planting campaigns at the UAA El Vergel, campaigns for saving and efficient use of paper, automation of processes at the institutional level, resulting in paper savings. 

-In internationalization, faculty and students have gone on exchange to Mexico, participated in the development of mirror classrooms with institutions in Mexico, as well as the specific process of academic cooperation with the private Norbert Wiener University of Peru for the creation of the “Market Management” chair. 

– Equipment for the Psychology laboratory. 

-Acquisition, installation, and configuration of the information system consisting of four digital signage boards and two interactive screens with their videoconferencing devices. 

-Strengthening of the library with 55 Kindle devices, 85 laptops, new shelving for bibliographic material, 92 tubular chairs, acquisition of digital bibliographic resources, etc.. 

-Provision of costumes and instruments for the Tuna Extensión Facatativá.
