Chía Extension

The Ucundinamarca Translocal Management Forum S21 Open & Clear Management 2017 took place at the Chía campus of the University of Cundinamarca on May 31, 2018. The event was held in the auditorium of the extension facilities, featuring an agile dynamic and a formal opening ceremony, as well as remarks by the administrative director of the campus, engineer Juan Carlos Torres Sandoval, who then proceeded to the executive presentation of the areas that generate the most concerns within the university community.

The administrative body presented the processes of greatest relevance to the university community, such as university welfare, physical resources, and systems and technology. Similarly, university welfare highlighted its work in culture, sports, and leisure time programs; the retention program; the health promotion and prevention program; and the comprehensive training area. For its part, Systems and Technology presented the progress made in IT resources, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, maintenance, and monitoring; physical resources presented the implemented security measures and the facilities adaptations made to the campus.

From the academic dimension, the coordinators of the Business Administration, Public Accounting, and Systems Engineering programs submitted a detailed report regarding the training and learning, science, technology and innovation, and university interaction axes.

Subsequently, a space was opened to address the attendees' questions in order to ensure the clarity of the information provided.
