Within the framework of the inter-institutional agreement between the University of Cundinamarca and the Mayor's Office of Fusagasugá, through its Secretariat of Education, an induction session was held for students of the Bachelor's Degrees in Physical Education and Social Sciences from the Fusagasugá campus, who will begin their pedagogical internship process in the official educational institutions of the municipality.

Approximately 90 attendees participated in this space, including Knowledge and Learning Managers, Opportunity Creators, academic coordinators, and teams from the Offices of Quality, Surveillance, and Control, with the purpose of strengthening comprehensive care processes in educational institutions throughout the region.

Elvis Cortés García, coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports, explained that the students will begin their Investigative Pedagogical Practices with a clear vision: to educate in order to transform. He highlighted that this event not only allowed for the socialization of institutional guidelines, but also generated a direct dialogue with the territory, understanding its realities and needs.

For his part, Maximiliano Quintero Reina, Knowledge and Learning Manager of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports program, noted that during the meeting, the functions, roles, and responsibilities of teachers in official institutions were addressed, allowing future bachelor's degree holders to understand their role as guides, educators, and guarantors of safe learning environments.

Likewise, Zandra Maritza Tarazona Carrascal, pedagogy internship coordinator, stated that the internship is not a simple academic requirement, but rather the setting where knowledge becomes living experience and vocation becomes social commitment.

During the event, key aspects for the ethical practice of teaching were addressed, such as civil liability, professional duties, and the guarantee of the rights of children and adolescents. In addition, the Ministry of Education provided training on school coexistence and comprehensive care policies, a fundamental tool to strengthen professional judgment, ethical responsibility, and students' intervention capacity in real educational contexts.

This experience confirms the commitment of the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT), which conceives pedagogical practice as a space of interaction between the University and the territory, where knowledge translates into responsible and transformative action. Thus, the University of Cundinamarca continues to train critical, reflective educators committed to the social and human development of Fusagasugá.
