“The initiative created by the Higher University Council will carry out training processes through three circuits called: training, innovation and evaluation, to consolidate the figure of the professor as a manager of knowledge and learning in the face of the new Transmodern Digital Educational Model which declares the University,”, Victor Hugo Londoño Aguirre, Director of Self-Assessment and Accreditation, pointed out.

The training session took place on February 9th at the Chía Extension campus, with the participation of over 100 professors affiliated with the Business Administration program, senior management, and other academic units. The activity began with a flipped classroom methodology, during which Rector Adriano Muñoz Barrera interacted with the professors about the Transmodern Digital Educational Model and its implications for curriculum design at UCundinamarca.
The training circuit was focused on reviewing the expected learning outcomes in each of the new disciplinary learning fields of the Business Administration program, within the framework of the curricular redefinition and the renewal of the qualified registration.
Subsequently, the Director of the S21 Teacher Training and Learning School conducted interactive games to verify the appropriation of the foundation of the curricular guidelines and the training lines of the School.
Subsequently, the Academic Support Unit introduced new technological tools to support teachers' pedagogical processes. Among these, the TOMI device stands out for its ability to foster educational innovation.
The training circuit will take place during the semester and will be led by professional experts linked to the School of Teacher Training and Learning, with master's and doctoral studies, and extensive experience in educational innovation processes, who develop the thematic axes of the training circuit in pedagogy and didactics, innovation, Transmodern Digital Educational Model and design of expected learning results.
