This is how we move forward, Planning Department

On May 11, the Institutional Planning Department held a presentation of the results of the 2022 Action Plan, which is part of the achievement and fulfillment of the 2020-2023 Development Plan. “UCundinamarca Translocal Transmoderna” initiated by Rector Adriano Muñoz Barrera, and which gives rise to the strategic planning with the aim of consolidating the institution as an agent of transmodernity at the regional and national level.

During this presentation, the results of the commitment and rigorous work carried out by the responsible departments were made known; achieving a compliance of 99.03%.

With the endorsement and approval of the Institutional Performance Commission and the SAC Committee, on May 10, 2022. The progress achieved for the 2022 Action Plan includes the following informative items:

1. Expected progress per quarter of 2022

In accordance with the consolidation of goals and tasks planned for the 2022 period, the expected progress percentages were established quarterly as follows: Quarter I 18,12%, Quarter II 28,39% (46,51% accumulated), Quarter III 24,18% (70,69% accumulated), Quarter IV 29,31% (1,00% accumulated).

2. Plan Structure

Given that the action plan consists of goals that are further broken down into tasks to be completed quarterly, for this period these tasks were categorized according to their strategic level of scope. Therefore, the following criteria and scoring were applied: Operational – 1 point, Tactical – 3 points, Strategic – 5 points.

Thus, the structure of the plan for the first quarter, which covers the period from January to March 2022, is as follows:

In accordance with the plan's structure, for the first quarter of 2022, compliance reached 99.03%, which is favorable, thanks to the reporting culture and commitment of the responsible departments. Therefore, the progress status is shown below:
