On June 10th, 121 people from Cundinamarca They received certificates of completion of the Entrepreneurship and Basic Accounting courses (which has three levels: two modules and a diploma), accrediting them with the basic and adequate knowledge for the proper maintenance of their businesses and micro-enterprises in accounting, tax and organizational matters.
“Through this course, I have learned to manage my micro-enterprise more effectively. I have learned that every day I can improve by using the knowledge acquired in these courses to better manage my staff and maintain a logical order of expenses and profits, which brings great benefits,” said one of the certified micro-entrepreneurs during the event.
This is further evidence reflecting UCundinamarca's social commitment in its challenge to be trainer for life, empowering citizens with global values of human rights, gender equality and sustainable development.
The event was presided over by the coordinator of Public Accounting at the Fusagasugá Campus, Olga Liliana Gutiérrez, who reaffirmed the institutional commitment to the communities of the Department: “transmodernity and translocality mean going beyond our spaces and that is what makes the University of Cundinamarca important: build beings for life. These courses are taught each semester by a team of students from the Public Accounting program, who have chosen as their graduation option the educational commitment to this population.
