Young and promising entrepreneurship

Entering the real estate market is a whole universe to learn and undertake, like Juliana Villa Londoño, a graduate in Business Administration who provides her services in the Villa de San Diego de Ubaté around the horizontal property.

Juliana decided to start her own business after realizing that her services were needed in the municipality, "a very new market." Similarly, the pandemic also gave her the opportunity to offer more services and to update her knowledge on topics for which many residential and commercial complexes were unprepared.

“At Angular PH, we provide services related to the management of residential and commercial complexes. We are the best ally for administrators and owners,” stated the graduate, who a year and a half ago decided to start her own company with the support of her sister, who is about to finish her law degree.

After gaining experience working in a residential complex and after completing her studies at UCundinamarca, she decided to continue her training and became certified in horizontal property, a market that is little explored in the municipality of Ubaté.

“One of our services is focused on advising administrators of residential complexes, shopping centers, among others on legal, regulatory and management issues.”.

Juliana explains that the horizontal property law in Colombia is extensive and requires knowledge to avoid irregularities in daily operations. Likewise, her business provides other services that residential and commercial complexes likely require.

The services provided by Angular PH are divided into three types: administrative, document management, and logistical. “Provisional administration, biosafety protocols, training for boards of directors, minutes and assembly records are some of the things we do administratively.”.
