Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the needs of companies have changed rapidly, leading organizations towards digital transformation.

Furthermore, the Politécnico Grancolombiano has identified the professions that will be in highest demand this year based on the World Economic Forum's The Future of Jobs Report.

Finally, LinkedIn also mentioned the most sought-after profiles for 2022 in its latest report on in-demand jobs:
• Growth hacker or growth marketing specialist.
• SEO or search engine expert.
• Digital content creator: copywriter, youtuber, instagrammer or blogger.
• Customer experience manager.
• Salesperson.
• Specialist in e-commerce.
• E-commerce logistics operations supervisor.
• Personal or professional mentor.
• Customer service specialist.
• Teachers with digital skills.
• Mental health professionals.
• Product Manager.
They recommend working on skills that adapt to the current environment and job market, regardless of the area of specialization, such as analytical thinking and innovation, initiative, technology design, programming and critical thinking, explains the Polytechnic.
