The Environmental Management System of the Ubaté Section, in IPA -1, has carried out activities focused on strengthening the environmental awareness and knowledge of the university community in everything concerning the System as a method of preparation for the internal audit under ISO 14001:2015 that is scheduled for the month of June, for this purpose inductions and re-inductions to the EMS have been carried out, training in the management and separation at the source of waste and commemorations of environmental dates, such as Water Day, Earth Day, Tree Day and Recycling Day.

Simultaneously, important links have been established with external stakeholders such as the CAR and the Municipal Administration, allowing for significant teamwork to generate recognition and support for the activities developed by the Section in support of environmental issues.
