UCundinamarca News: Who will be present at this important event?
Victor Medina: Virtually, we will have guests from Portugal, Argentina, and Ecuador, and in person, academics from the United States, South Korea, and Russia will be attending, all of whom are participating pro bono. It is also important to highlight that we will have a panel discussion on the updating and renewal of professional music training programs in Colombia, in relation to the statutory law and the reform of Law 30 on Higher Education. In this regard, the Vice Minister of Arts and the Cultural and Creative Economy, Dr. Juan Ignacio Zorro, Congresswoman Jennifer Pedraza, and the Academic Vice Rector, Dr. Victor Hugo Londoño, along with one of our faculty members, will be present.
UCundinamarca News: What is the importance of these types of academic events?
Victor Medina: This is a key event, as it provides a platform for presenting new discoveries and the current state of the art, enriching the exchange of knowledge fostered by the university. It also allows the student academic community to stay informed about the progress in their chosen field of study and encourages them to continue their education.
UCundinamarca News: What will student participation in the event consist of?
Victor Medina: We will have several of them who will give presentations on what they have worked on in the research groups and also as musicians, they will be performing.
UCundinamarca News: How is the Transmodern Digital Educational Model being applied today?
Victor Medina: A clear example is the use of technology in the translocal and transmodern theme with the participation of both national and international speakers from the face-to-face and virtual realm.

Victor Medina: Yes, it's open to anyone who wants to come. Obviously, we've focused our outreach on our educational spaces, which are our priority.
