UCundinamarca consolidates its media impact in 2025

During 2025, the University of Cundinamarca strengthened its position on the national public agenda by transforming its research, achievements, and theses into high-impact news stories. Thanks to a strategic management of free press coverage in local, regional, and national media, the institution successfully connected academic knowledge with the real needs of the region. Between June and December, the following were recorded: 68 newspaper appearances in high-profile media such as City TV, Noticias Caracol, El Tiempo y The Republic. This information campaign was distributed across 31 digital articles, 30 radio spots, 6 television spots, and one print article, achieving a historical reach of 26,849,855 people.

The central themes that captured public attention included mental health, environmental sustainability, agricultural innovation, and responsible mining. With these results, UCundinamarca not only showcases its academic work but also reaffirms its position as an institutional leader that transforms realities through science, technology, and innovation.
