Human rights: part of professional training?

The University of Cundinamarca began in-person academic activities on February 9th and March 24th. Following the health emergency declared by the National Government due to COVID-19, the institution implemented a real-time response plan called: MEDITATE WITH ONE CLICK.
This strategy allowed, during this semester, in the Soacha extension, to provide personalized and real-time attention to academic, training, educational and technological services with an effectiveness of 97,31% of class attendance accompanied by the help desks: Academic Desk, Administrative Desk, Welfare Desk and Support Desk.
For its part, the Industrial Engineering program reports 1,709 online classes, 3,347 hours, followed by the Professional program in Sports Science and Physical Education with a total of 2,858 classes, and the Software Development Technology program reports a total of 419 classes.
It should be noted that the Help and Advisory Desk works daily, keeping a record that shows the requests for activities carried out and resolved by its members.
Satisfactory report
-In virtual user support The response was registered via institutional email to 2,200 applicants, 191 cases via the virtual chat for citizen service, 1,024 cases via the Soacha extension chat, 1,700 calls and 1,186 responses via WhatsApp.
-In library user support and training A coverage of 1,139 users was reported, divided into 56 sessions. Regarding personalized support, coverage was achieved for 721 users across different library services and tools.
-In training 129 users are reported on the Microsoft Teams tool
-In the training table laboratories Support was provided for laboratory simulations of chemistry, physics and biology, and awareness and training on simulator management, Microsoft Teams tool and virtual laboratory to 201 students, 55 administrative staff and two teachers.
–Computer equipment, Loans were reported to 114 students, 17 administrative staff, and 3 teachers..
-Currently the extension has 1,792 enrolled students (IPA-2020) and 183 professionals graduated in this same period.
