The University of Cundinamarca, and especially the Business Administration program, through MEDIT (Transmodern Digital Educational Model), has the challenge of educating for life, promoting the student as a creator of their own knowledge, in a training and learning process in accordance with the trends in the training of administrative sciences.
Educating our students is no easy task, but MEDIT encourages us to embrace the tools the model itself offers, such as the CMA (multidimensional learning fields), which are based on the model's core pillars: knowledge, learning, technology, and ethics. This is how we see teachers moving beyond traditional approaches like the bio-healthy park, the happiness plaza, the emotional oasis terrace, etc., to provide students with an experiential environment that extends beyond the classroom.
The challenge is immense with a community with needs that, based on the recognition of these needs through research projects, we identify the problems that must be addressed by the social interaction team through projects such as sponsoring micro-enterprises, allowing their growth and development.
We have taken on the challenge of working with MEDIT in the program's core functions: Training and Learning, Science, Technology and Innovation, and University Social Interaction, where we coordinate projects and activities to fulfill the vision of being recognized by the community at the local, regional and international levels, and essentially training for life, democracy, civility and freedom.
