On September 13th in Chía, the third day of this important process took place, which will allow the identification of strengths and weaknesses of academic programs, and in this way, implement actions to guarantee high quality.
In this regard, activities were held with the participation of 60 people, including faculty, students, and administrative staff, who evaluated various aspects of each program. In the coming weeks, surveys will be conducted with the entire educational community of the Chía extension, including business leaders who have already been involved in academic processes, to determine their contributions.
“The goal is to gather everyone’s perspective in order to develop a diagnosis that allows us to identify shortcomings and, likewise, what is being done correctly, so that we can then make decisions,” explained Luz Mireya Rincón, coordinator of the Business Administration program.
“Twelve weighting factors will be evaluated through a survey, according to the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education. Subsequently, an improvement plan will be carried out with a view to implementing and achieving High Quality accreditation for each of the programs,” Rincón pointed out.
