Human rights: part of professional training?

The Human Talent area of the branch has been developing days, talks, and workshops for the branch's administrative team in order to strengthen their skills.
The Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been coordinating different activities in order to comply with the policy of preventing occupational diseases and accidents and promoting health, with strategies aimed at developing healthy lifestyle habits, making available the human, technical and financial resources that allow the achievement of this objective for carrying out training, leisure days and integration between knowledge managers and administrative staff.
To support these processes, personal protective equipment, implements for working at heights, brigade equipment and biosecurity elements were acquired to comply with the regulations governing the SGSST, in the Ubaté Section.
Likewise, the Occupational Health and Safety System of the Ubaté Branch is preparing to receive the audit of the integrated management systems for ISO 45001:2018 certification. For this purpose, adjustments have been made to the premises and training has been provided to knowledge managers and administrative staff.
