Human rights: part of professional training?

Luisa Fernanda Rincón Montero, is a 26-year-old student of the professional program in Sports Science and Physical Education, plays in the forward position at Club Deportivo la Equidad, adding to date four goals in the league, out of five games as a starter, 13 official goals and two professional women's leagues in Colombia.
Luisa Fernanda's passion for football is in her genes, as her father is a huge fan of the sport. She spent her childhood surrounded by football matches., dressing rooms, playing field, bank of substitutes, boxes and other sporting environment that marked her choice as a career and professional female soccer player.
Her experience in the sports field dates back to the age of six, when she started in intercollegiate tournaments, clubs, then in tournaments of the Cundinamarca Football League, Bogotá Football League, and currently with a height of 1.65 cm, her strength, speed, tactical ability and teamwork for the creation of plays, have allowed her to be selected to play in the position of forward, attacking midfielder category in the La Equidad Sports Club.
“Initially I played as a right winger, then I tried playing on the left, switching my position, and I did very well. I believe I have the aptitude for that position; I played there for the university team. Then, when I tried out for Club Deportivo La Equidad, they selected me as a forward, which has been an enriching experience,” explains student Luisa Fernanda.
Throughout her football career, Luisa Rincón has been a key player in sporting achievements in national and regional women's championships and tournaments. With the UCundinamarca team, she has played in two professional women's leagues in Colombia, seeking to gain more experience.
Luisa Fernanda emphasizes that the academic training she received at the University has influenced her athletic development. Studying soccer in depth and using the technical tools she learns allows her to gain an edge, making her more aware and talented in her training and performances on the field.
Finally, this young woman, passionate about soccer, cycling, and travel, dreams of three goals: to win the professional soccer league title on the new date, to graduate from her undergraduate studies, and to be a sports role model on the women's team.
