Human rights: part of professional training?

Today, promoting the entrepreneurship in education This is a key element for students to take risks, be independent, and have confidence in their future careers. Therefore, a small demonstration of industrial processes was conducted in which each team of five students created tangible products to showcase the corresponding production processes.
Among the items highlighted were: home garden, water distiller for agro-industry, folding dog bed, bicycle tire inflator, outdoor furniture with storage, multi-purpose organizer, eco-friendly sound amplifier, plastic shredder, modular home organizer, plastic strip cutting machine (eco unit device), portable cigarette butt collector for smokers, and others.
These activities are part of the Industrial Engineering program, specifically within the thematic areas of technical drawing and industrial processes, led by professors Nicolás Ramírez Castillo and Ana María Camacho. Through these workshops, they aim to inspire and motivate students at the University of Cundinamarca to create and believe in their projects. The event was attended by Dr. Adriano Muñoz Barrera, Rector, who toured the various projects, witnessing firsthand the high creative potential of the UCundinamarca students.
“The samples were accompanied by videos explaining the processes and a physical portfolio that allowed them to display technical specifications, flowcharts showing methods and timelines, as well as a cost sheet to calculate a selling price. With today's demonstration, they faced the challenge of making effective sales, with the intention of motivating entrepreneurship among the students,” stated Professor Nicolás Ramírez.
Encouraging entrepreneurship among young people is important to promote their autonomy and self-improvement in life, as these practices provide them with benefits such as: development of creativity, assertiveness, confidence and positive thinking.
