This festival, which took place last September between the 21st and 24th, is recognized as one of the largest, most representative, organized and structured musical events in the country, a true youth music gathering, in which the University of Cundinamarca participated with the Big Band made up of 23 artists.
“We were invited to give the closing concert of the Festival, in addition to two other presentations, one at the Los Libertadores University and the other at the Caribe Plaza shopping center and the last one at the Comfenalco theater,” mentioned the director of the group and professor at UdeC, Jair Herrera.
“We did very well and left the doors open to do more performances at the national level. It is important to open these cultural spaces, showcasing our Colombian music, which is what we do, through our alma mater,” Herrera concluded.
