On February 11, the Soacha extension will welcome approximately 200 new students to its Sports Science, Software Engineering, and Industrial Engineering programs. As this is the first in-person intake at the extension, there will be various orientation activities and presentations of university services.
During the orientation, a scavenger hunt will also take place through the extension campus, allowing newly enrolled students to interact with administrative staff. At each stop along the route, participants will have the opportunity to take part in challenges designed to help them learn more about the University of Cundinamarca and the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT).
Students scheduled for February 11th are asked to be at the extension at 8:00 AM and to please complete the Covid-19 symptom self-assessment at the following link: https://bit.ly/3uAVPAx It is important to mention that on that same date, postgraduate students in Pedagogical Processes of Sports Training will also be welcomed, so from this year the population of the Soacha extension will be close to 1,800 students.
