Progress on the 2024 Academic Pathway

By: Alejandro García Suárez – Advisory Office of Communications

Liliana Milena Castro Bastidas, head of the Academic Development Office at the University of Cundinamarca, has highlighted the importance of working together to coordinate academic processes and ensure quality and success in the institution's curriculum management.

According to Castro, progress has been made on the 32% project in implementing the academic activities plan, focusing on ensuring the quality of learning and collaborating with all stakeholders involved in academic success. Furthermore, work has been done on restructuring the programs' curricula, in collaboration with the teacher training school and other relevant committees.

The official highlighted that the institution has digitized the process for starting academic activities, allowing for greater access and monitoring through the institutional website. This tool, aligned with the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT), facilitates the organization of groups, schedules, and instructors for a successful start to each academic term.

The Office of Academic Development is committed to ensuring that each step of the process is completed in a timely manner, with the goal of guaranteeing a successful start to the second academic period of 2024. Castro Bastidas emphasized the importance of adhering to the established schedule to address any new developments that may arise during the course of academic activities.
