PRO-UDEC Soacha Stamp

The University of Cundinamarca and the Mayor's Office of Soacha continue to join forces for the benefit of the Soacha community and to strengthen higher education in the municipality.

After a great deal of hard work led by the Dr. Adriano Muñoz Barrera, Rector of UCundinamarca, Dr. Fabio Julio Gil Sanabria, Director of the Soacha Extension, and Dr. Eleazár González Casas, Mayor of Soacha and their work teams; filed with the Municipal Council of Soacha ”"The pro-development stamp project of the University of Cundinamarca, Soacha Extension"”, as a response to Joint, organized, coordinated work with a strong social commitment for the municipality of Soacha, led by the two entities.

Through Decree 361 of December 1, 2017, "By means of which the Municipal Council of Soacha is convened to extraordinary sessions," during the calendar days between December 2 and 21, 2017, time in which it will deal exclusively with the processing, debate and eventual approval of this Municipal Agreement Project “THROUGH WHICH THE USE OF THE PRO DEVELOPMENT STAMP UNIVERSITY OF CUNDINAMARCA, UDEC, IS ESTABLISHED AS MANDATORY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOACHA.”.

This stamp project will allow the two entities to meet goals set by the Soacha community and other Colombians in order to provide them with more higher education options that allow them to dream of a better future.
