Prepare to take the Saber Pro state exams

The Public Accounting program, Facatativá extension, has scheduled a training and strengthening session on Written Communication for students of groups 701-N, 802-N and 901-N, next Wednesday, April 15, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, via Microsoft TEAMS, an activity that will be developed by the teacher Dumar Iván Espinosa Molina.

Through reinforcement activities, knowledge in the different competencies is strengthened, and the planning of activities and the work route for the presentation of the SABER PRO tests is also addressed, as a complement to those that were being developed in person, motivated by the need to comply with the improvement plans for the IPA 2020.

The previous activity is led by Professor Rocío Castañeda Camelo, as the teacher assigned to the SABER PRO tests of the program. The call was made only for the 55% of the registered students, in order not to hinder the academic activities, they were distributed in the following way: 30 students from group (701-N), 29 students from group (802- N) and 8 students from group (901-N); benefiting a total of 67 participating students.

“This is the first day that will be developed to reinforce the activities of SABER PRO. So far, the experience of the virtual classes, the response and perception by students has been very good, achieving a significant and enriching approach between teacher and student,” said Professor Rocío Castañeda Camelo.

The Saber Pro exams are the mechanism through which the Ministry of National Education evaluates the quality of higher education in Colombia. Their objective, in addition to evaluation, is to produce a report on the level of development of general skills and competencies of students in higher education programs who have completed more than 751% of the academic credits corresponding to their respective study plans.
