Positive outcome of the inductions in Ubaté

On February 9th, in the Alberto Urdaneta Forero auditorium, the induction and re-induction of teachers and administrative staff of the Ubaté branch took place. The program began with a welcome address from the branch's administrative director, Dr. Alejandro Flechas, who expressed his gratitude for having such an excellent team and encouraged each employee to continue performing their daily tasks with responsibility and commitment.

The developed schedule included the participation and presentation of each of the areas and departments of UCundinamarca, where they were given instructions on institutional processes, important dates, and communication and service channels.

Likewise, the university's well-being coordinator, Guillermo Montaño, reminded them of the various programs and activities in which they can participate. "Our planning is aimed at the entire university community; you, as staff members, can access benefits for recreation and to strengthen your mental health," he emphasized.

It is worth noting that the CAFAM compensation fund was present at the event, through a raffle held among the administrative and teaching staff, for a stay at the recreational center in Melgar.

The event concluded at 11 a.m., and each program director met with the teachers to provide guidelines for the first academic period of 2021.
