Peer Visit to the Psychology Program

On April 17, the Director of Self-Evaluation and Accreditation, Ángela María Merchán Basabe, gave specific guidelines to the Psychology program regarding the visit of Academic Peers in May and subsequent renewal of the qualified registration.

The Psychology program received its qualified registration in 2010, with a face-to-face modality, with 152 credits and grants the professional title of Psychologist to be offered at the Facatativá Extension.

She was accompanied at the meeting by Dr. Lily Johana Tibavija Rodríguez, head of the Office of Academic Development, the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Political Science, Darwin Andrés Díaz Gómez, the coordinator of the Psychology program, Glenda Reinoso and the Administrative Director of the Facatativá Extension, Carlos Fernando Gómez Ramírez.

The meeting also had the purpose of rethinking the curriculum of the Music program offered at the Zipaquirá Extension.

The university continues to advance in quality academic processes to achieve accreditation of the programs offered at the main campus, and each of the institution's extensions and branches.
