Pago por cuotas de matrícula para el IIPA 2021

Solicitud de Fraccionamiento de Matrícula:

1. Ingrese a la plataforma institucional con su usuario y contraseña y elija el icono “fraccionamiento matricula” y “agregar financiación”.      
   
   
2. Diligencie el formulario, el cual le solicitará registrar un codeudor, datos personales del beneficiario, referencias personales y comerciales. (AFIr057).

2.1 Elección tipo de fraccionamiento:

Legalización de la Solicitud.

To legalize the application made on the platform, you must go to the Financial Support office and submit the following documents:

New Student Subdivision

1. Photocopy of identity document.
2. AFIR057 Proof of application.
3. AFIR058 General conditions for tuition installment payments.
4. AFIr059 I will pay.
5. AFIr052 autorización tratamiento de datos del deudor solidario.

Co-debtor

1. Photocopy of identity document.
2. Employment certificate or the last two payslips.
3. If you are self-employed, demonstrate income through an income certification issued by a public accountant.

Student Renewal Installment

1. Photocopy of identity document.
2. AFIR057 Proof of application.
3. AFIR058 General conditions for tuition installment payments.
4. AFIr059 I will pay.
5. AFIr052 autorización tratamiento de datos del deudor solidario
6. Copy of the last three receipts for installment tuition payments.

Co-debtor

1. Photocopy of identity document.
2. Employment certificate or the last two payslips.
3. If you are self-employed, demonstrate income through an income certification issued by a public accountant.
   
   

The conditions for approval of tuition payment in installments are:

to. Tener un promedio académico acumulado mínimo de 3.3.
b. Entrar a cursar entre segundo y decimo semestre académico.
c. Estar a paz y salvo financiero por todo concepto.

Recepción de Documentos:

La recepción de documentos en la Sede Fusagasugá se hará en la Oficina de Apoyo Financiero a Estudiantes, Bloque B (Piso 2) y en las seccionales y extensiones los siguientes funcionarios:

• Seccional Girardot: Iván Mauricio Castro Romero.
• Seccional Ubaté: Dora Constanza Alonso Gómez.
• Extensión Facatativá: Annie Paola Martínez Obando. Bloque Nuevo Piso 4to., frente a la Oficina de Admisiones.
• Extensión Chía: Sandra Liseth Chiquiza López
• Extensión Soacha: Ludivia Lozano Prieto
• Extensión Zipaquirá: Luisa Fernanda Galeano Puentes

Business Hours: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 m. y de 2:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m.

NOTA: SE TENDRA UNICAMENTE EN CUENTA, LAS SOLICITUDES QUE HAYAN SIDO RADICADAS O ENVIADAS A TRAVES DE UNA EMPRESA DE MENSAJERIA A LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CUNDINAMARCA; EN LA SEDE, SECCIONAL O EXTENSION DONDE SE ESTUDIA, HASTA EL 15 DE JUNIO DE 2021 A LAS 5 DE LA TARDE.
