The call includes 203 academic programs, designed according to criteria of academic excellence and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reaffirming the Foundation's commitment to high-quality education with social impact.

One of the key aspects of this call is the focus on human rights and equal opportunities, with the continuation of the scholarship program for human rights defenders, developed in partnership with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
Furthermore, the Carolina Foundation reinforces its commitment to gender equality by promoting scholarships aimed at women in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), encouraging their participation in fields that are strategic for scientific and technological development.
In the area of research, collaboration is maintained with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) through the bidirectional mobility program for postdoctoral stays, which strengthens academic networks between Spain and Latin America.
