Institutional dialogue tables – Student Regulations project
UNIVERSITY OF CUNDINAMARCA
The Academic Council, in its session of May 4, 2021, approved the formation of “Institutional dialogue tables”"with the participation of student representatives, faculty, and undergraduate and graduate program coordinators, at the request of the Delegated committee of deans for the student regulations that are proposed as a complement to the information compiled for the drafting of version 3 of the regulations.

In accordance with the spirit of our Transmodern Digital Educational Model – MEDIT, it is considered appropriate to continue with academic spaces through institutional dialogue tables, so that students, coordinators, teachers and the commission can make their contributions on the 2nd version of the student regulations, so that the university community can be offered scenarios for dialogue and agreement for the projection of the 3rd version.
Procedure for the selection of the members of the three (3) working groups.
- Registration. The program coordinators or directors will prepare the call for applications and registration for the selection of the respective student and teacher representatives.
- Selection.
- Students. From among the registered participants, one representative per program will be chosen to form the respective committee. This selection will be overseen by the program coordinator.
- Teachers. From among the registered participants, one representative per program will be chosen to form the respective committee. This selection will be overseen by the program coordinator.
- Coordinators. This committee will be made up of the coordinators or directors of the different programs.
Once the representatives have been selected, prior to the meetings it is essential that the document “Student handbook” version 2 and that the questions that have not been resolved in the different meetings (dialogue meetings, curriculum committees, counseling, working groups, academic commissions, discussions, among others), contributions and proposals be taken to each of the tables.
