Human rights: part of professional training?

UCundinamarca has been designated as a University and Faculty to be a member of the Regional Board of Directors.
The meeting took place in the Jockey Auditorium at Universidad del Rosario, beginning with a brief overview of the meeting's purpose by Dean Germán Mejía Pavony of Universidad Javeriana. The meeting was divided into two parts: the first consisted of a panel discussion among attendees on the measurement of products, groups, and researchers in the Social Sciences and Humanities; the second part focused on the establishment of the Central Regional Chapter of the Colombian Association of Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The regional board of directors was composed of: Carlos Mario Reyes (EAN), John Harold Cordova (Pedagogical University), Camilo Noguera Pardo (Sergio Arboleda University), Jorge Orlando Contreras Sarmiento (Military University), Darwin Andrés Díaz Gómez (University of Cundinamarca), Hernando Arturo Estévez (University of La Salle), Bogdan Poitrowski (University of La Sabana), Luz Amparo Fajardo Uribe (National University), German Mejía Pavony (Javeriana University), Carlos G. Patarroyo (Rosario University).
The Association aims to promote the recognition and defense of the humanities and social sciences before public and private, national and international entities, social and popular movements and organizations.
