Dr. Carlos Fernando Gómez explained that the generation of resources for $15,755,010 was the result of the creation of the Bojacá stamp, which were invested in various needs of the headquarters.

This initiative reached 1,674 people.”.
Regarding the development of the action plan, financial goals and professional performance, Dr. Gómez Ramírez said that “we achieved an execution of 100%, we exceeded 153 million pesos as a purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the Facatativá fund and there was a translocal forum and an online meeting of directors.
Regarding institutional achievements, he stated that the branch “has always been committed to quality systems, such as the environmental one, where the water concession for a spring was processed for the El Vergel Agro-environmental Unit before the CAR (Regional Autonomous Corporation). In the area of information security, three training sessions were held with the participation of students, teachers, and administrative staff. And in the area of occupational health and safety, we managed to strengthen all the health protocols that were key to the reopening and return to in-person activities.”.
Regarding investment projects, the director commented that “a bio-healthy park was built with an investment of $243,571,052, specialized equipment for soil laboratories was acquired for $904,663,696, an allocation of $751,078,413 was given for updating, strengthening and implementation of the WLAN infrastructure, and another allocation of $215,617,600 was given for the acquisition of computer and digitization equipment.”.
He also highlighted that during that period, 97.31% of students attended class. "This was a significant result, and the few absences were due to unforeseen circumstances.".
Finally, he concluded his presentation by discussing the quality of the institution and the visit made by the Ministry of National Education. “We received them, and in their evaluation, we obtained an average score of 4.6 out of 5, which resulted in a favorable assessment.”.
The following program coordinators also participated in the event with their respective presentations: Juan Rojas from business administration, Cesar Wilches from public accounting, Francisco Lanza from systems engineering, Ximena Velásquez from agronomic engineering, Gabriela Romo from environmental engineering and the director of the psychology program Karina Reynoso.
Regarding outreach efforts, the work done with Unilatina radio station, which is well-received in the Facatativá and Sabana de Occidente areas, and with the online radio station UCundinamarca Radio, was highlighted. Together, we produced 24 programs under the title "On the Path to Transformation.".
Similarly, Dr. Gómez noted that the institution's Facebook profiles were strengthened. "As of December 2021, we had gained 5,000 followers, and then we created the Fan Page, which has 1,828 subscribers.".
In this way, UCundinamarca demonstrates its commitment to transparency by explaining and reporting the progress and results of the management of each of its campuses and branches to the community, as mandated by the Constitution and the law.
