Felipe Barros, a student from Brazil and a final-year systems engineering student, has been on exchange at the University of Cundinamarca, Fusagasugá campus, for a month now. During this time, he has valued and appreciated the practical classes, the sunsets, and the climate, which is neither too hot nor too cold.
The young Brazilian and future systems engineer maintains that the classes he was receiving in his country differ from those taught at the University of Cundinamarca, since they focus more on practice, and this has sparked his interest.
“I’m very happy teaching Portuguese every Tuesday from 9 am at the Fusagasugá location. Registration is still open. It’s always important to learn a new language, travel the world, and get to know other cultures because it broadens our minds and allows us to be more competitive,” Felipe pointed out.
Organized and promoted by: Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Political Science, cross-cutting area of English, with the support of the Dialoguing with the World Office.
