The first Ecological Expedition to Cerro el Quininí (Cundinamarca), organized by the graduate office of the university institution, took place on April 28th and lasted nine hours, during which time the hikers received talks on the care and social responsibility of the environment.
More than just a walk or a chat in nature, this became an experience that inspired participants to value the relationship between man and Earth.
The graduates, administrators and teachers visited places that the ancestors have called –sacred– and of great energy such as the Oak Forest, Eagle Peak, Indian Head, the Screaming Stone, petroglyphs, as well as a privileged scenic view.
