La Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales informa que están abiertas las inscripciones para postularse a la realización de un semestre de intercambio en una de las instituciones aliadas. Aplica solo para programa de Undergraduate. This will be the procedure:

1. Choose the academic program of your interest at the following universities:

A.Federal University of Minas Gerais

B.Fluminense University of Brazil

University of the Basque Country

D.Veracruzana University of Mexico

*Note. For this call for applications only The process will be carried out with these universities.

1. Check the application requirements in Agreement 006 of 2015 (Attached to this announcement, Article 9). If you meet the following requirements:

A. Be registered to apply for international departure

B. Have a cumulative weighted average equal to or greater than 3.8

C. Have completed at least 50% of the academic credits of the program you are studying

You can apply for one of the available spots as follows:

1. Please send the attached form. «"APPLICATION FOR A MOBILITY QUOTA"» duly completed via email to: [email protected] , bajo el Asunto: Postulación Cupo de Movilidad. Se recibirán postulaciones only from September 20th to 25th. Applications received after this date will not be considered. THEY WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
2. Please wait for an email response regarding your interview appointment.
3. Please attend the interview at the time and place you have been summoned to (*failure to attend the interview will disqualify you from the application. Interviews will not be rescheduled. This is a one-time opportunity).

It is important to mention that this procedure is the starting point for obtaining the letter acceptance letter from the destination university, an essential requirement for requesting permission from the respective faculty, and does not constitute a guarantee for the transfer. After this procedure, the provisions of Agreement 006 of 2015 must be followed.
