Human rights: part of professional training?

The University of Cundinamarca, in compliance with the policies and objectives of Quality Management System (SGC) conducts each semester the induction and reinduction day for teaching and administrative staff on topics of document management, human talent, occupational safety and health, information security management system, data protection law, Citizen Attention and Information System (SAIC) and strategic guidelines established in the rector's plan, Institutional Educational Project and action plans.
In that order of continuous improvement and in order to generate changes in the development of processes according to the guidelines of the quality system, the Ubaté Branch carried out the induction and reinduction day, with the participation of 52 teachers and 33 administrative staff.
The administrative director of the headquarters, Miguel Alejandro Flechas Montaño, shared his thoughts on the event: “These types of spaces allow for the establishment of new ways of relating that facilitate the utilization of the wealth, knowledge, and creative potential of the staff in charge of the different processes at UCundinamarca. Likewise, the activity contributes to the pursuit of shared objectives, motivating staff to act responsibly and creatively, and to acquire a sense of belonging, which is fundamental for greater efficiency in institutional processes.”.
On the other hand, the day of recreational integration was led by University Welfare, which is responsible for creating spaces to strengthen the learning processes of the Academy.
