To express the discontent that arises from the soul and that society experiences, thus generating a space where reflection and social denunciation can be unleashed.
The INDEPENDESTILARTE theater collective began its exploration of the performing arts in 2021 in the theater space provided by the Student Welfare Department of the University of Cundinamarca, Ubaté Campus. There, university students from various disciplines decided to contribute to their development as transhuman beings, preparing for life through the performing arts. This process has been forged and led by Melisa Alvarado, and the collective focuses on researching the performer, the body, its context, and the role of theater in society. It is a wonderful honor to share these spaces for reflection and the construction of self, society, and culture.
