Important Information

DEAR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS OF UCUNDINAMARCA

Important information to keep in mind for the tuition payment process for the IPA 2018:

1. The financing and/or benefits that you manage for Icetex credit and renewal, credits with UCundinamarca and subsidies with Municipalities for the payment of the IPA 2018 settlements will only apply to the concepts of:

• Registration Fees
• Laboratory rights
• ID card
• Student regulations

From December 1, 2017, this financing and/or benefit for student insurance will no longer apply, as this payment is mandatory and must be assumed by the student.
2. For students who have a credit balance, we inform you that you must complete the corresponding procedure for the return of the funds, as these discounts will not be applied to tuition payments.

3. Be up to date with the university in all respects; otherwise, your tuition payment for the next semester will not be generated.

4. For students who wish to access the 10% discount on the tuition fee by presenting the electoral certificate from the last elections, from November 10th to December 5th, 2017, enter the institutional platform with the username and password in the “Electoral Discount” icon and attach a file in PDF format that must contain a scanned copy of the electoral certificate, corresponding to the elections held on OCTOBER 2, 2016 (PLEBISCITE) and a photocopy of the citizenship card on a single sheet.

5. If you have outstanding refunds for tuition payments, inter-semester courses, and subsidies, please contact the Treasury office by phone: (1) 828 1483 Ext. 120-255 or by email. [email protected]

6. New and returning students who are beneficiaries or applicants of the various agreements between the municipal governments and the University of Cundinamarca should pay close attention to the announcements and requirements of the different municipalities to ensure their payment process is not affected and is completed on the dates stipulated in the academic calendar. Returning students should also request their Academic Transcript to submit to the Education Department of the municipality where they receive their Higher Education grant.

ADDITIONAL REMINDER:
If your tuition payment for the next semester will be made by an external entity via electronic transfer (National Savings Fund, Foundations, Municipalities, etc.), DO NOT FORGET to send it to the treasury office via email. [email protected] copy of the transfer receipt for a SUCCESSFUL financial registration process.
