IIPA Undergraduate Induction Schedule – 2021

INDUCTION

2021-2

New student, your induction to university life will take place in three (3) moments:

Moment 1: Asynchronous meeting (Autonomous Development): August 9, 10 and 11, 2021.

Instructions for accessing the virtual classrooms where your 2021-2 induction course is located will be sent to your email. There you will be able to learn more about your university, the student regulations, your platforms, and the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (complete the challenges and prepare your questions about the Medit).

Moment 2: Synchronous meetings: August 12 and 13, 2021.

You will receive emails with links to join the meetings at the scheduled times, where you can ask any questions you may have, participate in activities with your family, and meet the academy (you will meet your teachers and program directors).

Schedules for each venue for these meetings are attached.

NOTE: During these two days of simultaneous meetings mediated by ICTs, relevant and applicable information will be shared on our Integrated Management Systems – SIG, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security, Environment and University Social Responsibility – RSU.

Moment 3: Asynchronous meeting (Autonomous Development): From August 16 to 20, 2021.

You will be able to supplement the information received in the synchronous meetings, your family will be able to register for workshops with different topics of interest, you will have access to the consultation resources that we will have for you and you will evaluate this induction process.
