On June 7, 8 and 15 of this year, a half-day training session was held in which the managers responsible for the processes and the support staff of the North, Central and South nodes were taught good practices at the documentary level, guidelines on the handling of management indicators and basic aspects of risk management.
The documentation module explained topics related to the new document templates issued by the Quality Office, reinduction to access documents through the SAD platform (Document Management System) and aspects to consider for good document practices.
In the Management Indicators module, in conjunction with the Institutional Planning process, new guidelines for managing indicators were presented. These guidelines include the leadership role that the Institutional Planning process will assume, as it will be responsible for verifying the goals set in the action plans. It was also explained that the Quality indicators have been unified with those of Institutional Planning, aligning them with the Action Plan.
Finally, the attendees were given a basic workshop on the identification and control of risks, introducing them to the methodology of the Administrative Department of Public Service – DAFP, which is the method used by the University.
A total of 166 people attended the training and actively participated in this training session, demonstrating once again the interest and motivation for the continuous improvement of the University of Cundinamarca.
