Step 1:

You are entering the Main Institutional Page www.ucundinamarca.edu.co, Log in to the Platform with your username and password.

Step 2:

You enter the icon's functionality (SIS) Institutional Application System.

Step 3:

Enter the Admissions and Registration Management Icon.

Step 4:

Enter the Graduates Data Update Icon.

Step 5:

Select the name of the academic program you will graduate from and update your information.

Step 6:

Fill in the information requested in the four filters.

  1. Graduate Information
  2. Work Experience
  3. Subject Information
  4. Contribution to the University

Step 7:

Upload required documents:

Citizenship card extended to 150%, both sides.

  • Saber-Pro ECAES results and/or certificate of presentation of
  • Civil Registry.
  • Document-type photograph in format JPG, NO larger than 100KB
  • Conduct Graduate Follow-Up Survey
  • Satisfaction Survey.
  • GRADUATE STUDENTS, They must scan their National Identity Card and complete the Graduates and Satisfaction Survey.

NOTE 1: The Required Documents must be in one (1) single PDF file.

NOTE 2: ATTENTION! Remember that as soon as your document review for Graduation requirements is completed, you will be notified via your institutional email address so you can download your payment receipt for Graduation Fees in the IG Order functionality.

NOTE 3: NO The Folder Review process will be initiated for students who have not yet uploaded complete information to the SIS.

REMEMBER! If you are an Advanced Semester student, you must upload the required documents to the academic program you are going to graduate from.

NOTE 4: The Folder Review process will not be initiated for students who lack the MAR024 Form Approval and the MAR025 Form Defense Record.

REMEMBER! that the Academic Program Approval and Defense Record are sent directly by the Academic Program to the Admissions and Registration Office.
