The Higher Council created the Academic Economic Incentives to recognize and motivate the occasional professors of special linkage and Knowledge and Learning Managers who contribute to the development of innovative educational practices at the University of Cundinamarca.

It is worth noting that the incentives are monetary bonuses that, although they do not constitute salary or generate acquired rights, are focused on recognizing that outstanding work and professorial commitment to the 21st century generation.

To access this benefit, you must meet the following requirements:

• Accredited experience as a special-linked occasional professor or full-time Knowledge and Learning Manager.
• Master's or Doctoral degree.
• Foreign language proficiency (minimum level B2).
• Being enrolled in academic banks.
• Having passed the CAI Living the MEDIT.
• Being registered in the academic banks created by the academic council for the development of academic activities
• Not having any disciplinary sanctions
