FELICITACIONES FUSAGASUGÁ

Through communication Radicado No. 2021-EE-302221 August 23, 2021 Addressed by the Vice Minister of Higher Education, Dr. José Maximiliano Gómez Torres, to the Rector of the University of Cundinamarca, Dr. Adriano Muñoz Barrera, the following is stated:

Law 30 of 1992 establishes as the objective of higher education and its institutions, to provide the community with a quality service referring to academic results, the means and processes employed, the institutional infrastructure, the qualitative and quantitative dimensions of the same and the conditions in which each institution develops.

For their part, Law 1188 of 2008 and Decree 1075 of 2015 establish that institutions must comply with the following institutional quality conditions: mechanisms for the selection and evaluation of students and professors, administrative and academic structure, culture of self-evaluation, graduate program, welfare model, and sufficient resources to guarantee the fulfillment of goals. In accordance with the provisions of Article 2.5.3.2.8.1.6 of Decree 1075 of 2015, this office has validated the opinion issued by the Institutional Procedures Evaluation Chamber of the National Intersectoral Commission for Quality Assurance in Higher Education – CONACES, within the pre-filing stage of the application for qualified registration submitted by the Universidad de Cundinamarca – UDEC para FUSAGASUGÁ (Cundinamarca) y en ese sentido se le informa que la institución obtuvo concepto favorable en el cumplimiento de las condiciones de calidad institucionales. En consecuencia, se procede a la comunicación del CONCEPTO FAVORABLE in compliance with the institutional quality conditions within case 1091 presented by the University of Cundinamarca – UDEC for FUSAGASUGÁ (Cundinamarca).

Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.5.3.2.8.1.7. del Decreto 1075 de 2015, la Universidad de Cundinamarca – UDEC podrá, por un término de siete (7) años, iniciar la etapa de radicación de solicitudes de registro calificado para FUSAGASUGÁ (Cundinamarca)
