IIPA 2019 Election Discount

Esta es una información importante para todos los estudiantes que deseen acceder al 10% de descuento en el valor de la matrícula para el IIPA 2019, presentando el certificado electoral (ELECCIONES PRESIDENCIALES “SEGUNDA VUELTA” DEL 17 DE JUNIO DE 2018).

Se informa a la comunidad estudiantil que, conforme a lo establecido en las leyes 403 de 1997 y 815 de 2003, para hacer efectivo el descuento del 10% en el valor de la matrícula para los diferentes programas de Pregrado y Posgrado correspondiente al segundo período académico de 2019 y en los demás periodos académicos que tengan lugar hasta las votaciones siguientes en las que participen.

A partir del 8 de Mayo al 15 de Junio del año 2019 pueden ingresar a la plataforma institucional con el usuario y contraseña en el ícono “Descuento Electoral”.

Where they must attach a PDF file containing a scanned copy of the electoral certificate corresponding to the elections held on June 17, 2018 (PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS – SECOND ROUND) and a photocopy of the national identity card on a single sheet.

Una vez cargada la información en el sistema a partir del 16 de Junio del año 2019 podrán verificar si su descuento fue aplicado de manera exitosa, ingresando al botón de Election Discount.

As established in the Resolution 075 of June 12, 2014, “…Article 2.- The University of Cundinamarca, applying the principles of economy, speed and good faith, presumes the authenticity of the scanned electoral certificate; however, it reserves the right to carry out subsequent reviews…”

Note 1: Los documentos entregados fuera de las fechas establecidas no se tendrán en cuenta para la liquidación de la matrícula del segundo periodo académico del año 2019.

Note 2: To obtain this benefit, the only valid certificate is that of the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS “SECOND ROUND” OF JUNE 17, 2018. Voter registration certificates issued before the date mentioned are not valid.

Note 3: Only the student's electoral certificate is valid.

Note 4: If the student has an Identity Card, the Electoral Discount will not be applied. This document must be updated beforehand at the Admissions, Registration, and Academic Control office.

Note 5: Si usted cargó el certificado de ELECCIONES PRESIDENCIALES “SEGUNDA VUELTA” DEL 17 DE JUNIO DE 2018 para el segundo periodo académico de 2018 o primer periodo académico de 2019, no hay necesidad de volver a cargar dicho certificado.
