UCundinamarca and the preservation of the environment

In order to strengthen processes, continuous improvement, and efficiency related to the preservation and conservation of the environment from academia, the University of Cundinamarca adopted the Environmental Management Policy through Resolution 000155 of November 14, 2018.

This policy promoted by the Institution will allow, through activities, strategies and guidelines, the prevention, mitigation and conservation of the environment, the promotion of a responsible culture in the use of energy, use of materials, use of water and waste management, among other aspects.

“The Environmental Policy of UCundinamarca refers to the Institution's intentions to reduce environmental risks and impacts and must involve the educational community in Environmental Management activities,”, highlighted Engineer Yimy Leonardo Villalobos, Coordinator of the Environmental Management Office

Our Institutional Environmental Policy is the result of a series of processes that have been carried out at UCundinamarca with the purpose of achieving a sustainable campus in the near future.
